Yesterday marked an exciting milestone for AVJennings and our Rosella Rise community, with construction officially underway of our 7th home in The Renee Series.
Inspired by Renee Eliades, a remarkable young woman living with Geleophysic Dysplasia, The Renee Series was created to raise vital funds for the Steve Waugh Foundation, supporting children with rare diseases. Thanks to the generous contributions of our suppliers, AVJennings homes in this series are built and sold within our communities, with all profits going directly to the Foundation.
More than 50 suppliers have already pledged their support for the Renee 7 at Rosella Rise. This overwhelming commitment is a testament to the collaborative spirit of our partners and their belief in our vision.
This stunning 3-bedroom home will also be the community’s first Stellar Collection home, featuring the innovative Pro9 walling system, double-glazed windows, and achieving an incredible 8.7-star NatHERS rating.
