Community Engagement.

Supporting our communities.

We believe building strong communities is just as important as building quality homes. That’s why we actively support the communities we’re part of. From partnering with charities to sponsoring local sports teams, clubs, and organisations, we aim to foster a sense of belonging. We’re committed to working with those who share our values, helping communities thrive through meaningful partnerships, events, and community grants.

Steve Waugh Foundation

As a company that fosters community spirit, we recognise the importance of lending a helping hand.

We’re proud to be the inaugural partner of the Steve Waugh Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation striving to improve the quality of life for children and families affected by rare diseases. Our team has raised over $1.2 million, funding medication, treatment, respite camps, and specialised equipment.

Together, we aim to be ‘somewhere to turn’ for children and young adults with rare diseases.

The Renee Series.

The Renee Series was created to raise vital funds for the Steve Waugh Foundation, supporting children with rare diseases. Thanks to the generous contributions of our builders and suppliers, AVJennings homes in this series are built and sold within our communities, with all profits going directly to the Foundation. Inspired by Renee Eliades, a remarkable young woman living with Geleophysic Dysplasia, we’re proud to be building our seventh Renee home at Rosella Rise in Warnervale, NSW.

Humpty Dumpty Foundation.

Community is at the heart of everything we do. For the past three years, we’ve proudly supported the Humpty Dumpty Foundation’s Balmoral Burn, an event founded by our CEO, Phil Kearns AM. This year, our fundraising efforts provided a vital humidifier to Wyong Hospital, near our Rosella Rise community in NSW. Our support has also extended to hospitals in Ipswich, Qld, and Epping, Vic, reinforcing our commitment to making a real difference in the lives of children and the communities we are part of.

AVJennings Ambassador Laura Geitz.

Since 2017, former Australian netball captain and Commonwealth Games Gold medallist Laura Geitz has proudly been AVJennings' ambassador. A strong advocate for sport’s role in building healthy communities and a mother of four, Laura shares our passion for creating spaces where families can flourish. "AVJennings’ commitment to building diverse, active, and connected communities aligns with my belief in encouraging healthy lifestyles. I’m proud to work with a company fostering environments where families and children can connect and thrive,” says Laura.
