Our ambassadors

Our ambassadors.

Steve Waugh AO.

It’s said that the second most important job in Australia after prime minister is being the captain of the Australian cricket team. Steve Waugh not only had that job for five years, he was one of the most successful captains in history, but that’s not why he is an ambassador for AVJennings.

Steve is an ambassador for our company because he shares our values. He believes that community matters and he wants to help others enjoy a better life.

Steve has used his prominence and popularity to help improve the lives of children with rare diseases in Australia and orphans and children with leprosy in India.

He was Australian of the Year in 2004 and Australian Father of the Year in 2005. He is also an Australian Living Treasure.

As AVJennings ambassador since 2011, we couldn’t be happier to have Steve on our team.

Laura Geitz.

“With the way we live changing, it’s more important than ever to have places for children to be able to explore. As Ambassador of AVJennings, I know how passionate they are about active lifestyles. Their commitment to creating diverse, active and connected communities is one of the reasons I am proud to work with AVJennings.” Laura Geitz
