Despite the well-known ups and downs of 2021 for all of us in metropolitan Melbourne, the Waterline Place team has been busy with completing the Empress Apartment building and The Bower townhomes, settling customers into their new homes, opening multiple display homes and the off-the-plan release and construction start of the Piper townhomes on Nelson Place.

We currently only have a limited range of completed and off the plan homes for sale. Our incredibly popular Empress Apartments are almost sold out with just three west facing apartments available, whilst our luxury townhome offering - The Bower residences - have just two homes available for purchase. The Piper release of homes has also been incredibly popular and is already 70% sold. With construction of the Piper homes not due for completion until mid to late 2022 there are still stamp duty savings to be made.
