Waterline Place - Gem Topping out Media Release -- September 2018 

Community developer AVJennings has reached a significant milestone at its prestigious $450 Williamstown community, Waterline Place, with construction reaching the top level of its 10 storey ‘Gem’ apartment and penthouse building, the tallest within the development.

The milestone marks an important addition to the developing Williamstown community and is the second boutique apartment offering to top out in the local market. 
In celebration of the milestone, all relevant stakeholders, including an array of AVJennings Executives and Elenberg Frasers Principal Caleb Smith, came together atop Gem, to celebrate the completion of the building’s structure.
