Melbourne Royal Show
The iconic Melbourne Royal Show is back this Spring, running from 21st September – 1st October 2023.
With live demonstrations, animal displays, interactive shows, exciting entertainment, thrilling rides, showbags, delicious food and much more, there’s plenty of fun for the whole family.

Tesselaar Tulip Festival
If you and your family love being outdoors and in the garden, head to the Tesselaar Flower Farm between 16th September and 15th October 2023 for the annual Tulip Festival.
Showcasing well over a million spring flowering bulbs, there’s also live entertainment, Dutch food, market stalls, tractor rides, farm displays, treasure hunts, clog dancing and so much more to be enjoyed.
Located at 357 Monbulk Road in Silvan, the Tesselaar Tulip Festival is just over an hour’s drive from Aspect.

Dinos Alive Immersive Experience
If your children are fascinated by dinosaurs, they’ll love this enthralling and immersive exhibition, featuring life-size animated replicas. From 29th September – 27th November 2023, you can walk alongside the massive creatures that roamed our world millions of years ago!
At Dinos Alive, you’ll come face to face with over 80 specimens of life-sized, moving replicas, including the T-rex, Stegosaurus, Ankylosaurus, Velociraptors, and many more.
Children can also enjoy a “Budding Experts” interactive space, where they can become palaeontologists for the day.
Located in Brunswick, this Jurassic experience is a 30-minute drive from Aspect.

Fantastic Beasts: The Wonder of Nature
A must-do for all Harry Potter, Wizarding World and Fantastic Beasts fans, this extraordinary exhibition explores the links between the magical creatures of the wizarding world and the remarkable animals of our natural world.
Diverse specimens and artefacts from the world-leading scientific collections of London’s prestigious Natural History Museum will be on display alongside custom-made models from the Wizarding World, original artworks from Bloomsbury Publishing, and props from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts film series.
Taking place at the Melbourne Museum in Carlton until 8th October 2023, this magical exhibit is a 40-minute drive from Aspect.
