In the challenging times we have faced this year, we have welcomed many new residents to St Clair with the settlement and completion of two townhome stages.

The completion and settlement of our Kingfisher Townhomes in November, saw us welcome 11 new residents to St Clair. One of which were Brooke and David pictured below, what a proud moment for you both and we hope that you are enjoying your new home and all the community has to offer.

  

The construction and completion of our Clover Townhomes also happened this year with more new residents moving in and enjoying their stunning wetland views, and more on the way soon. There are still a limited number of homes in this release available so get in quick to secure your sanctuary between the city and the sea.
