You can feel the tempo on the construction front at our Ripley community, Cadence. There’s a hive of activity as the community continues to take shape, so we went up in a helicopter recently to capture some of what’s going on - check out the video below.

 

We’re seeing some lovely new homes under construction in Stage 2, including twelve of our own AVJennings homes which will soon be released to the market. Keep your eyes peeled for more information on those. Stage 3 is well underway and set to register next month, and take a look at our latest selling front, Stages 4A and 4B which will also be released to the market soon.

Our beautiful Symphony Park is now complete and ready for residents and those in the surrounding area to enjoy. This fully interactive playground and open space has been carefully designed to promote active, cognitive, social, inclusive, and passive play opportunities to suit a range of ages and abilities. From balance rings to play towers, there’s a lot packed into this park to keep the young, and the young at heart entertained for hours.
