Development Update

Civil works are well underway at Cadence. Stages 1A & 1B are currently under construction and our estate is taking shape – exciting times!

Stage 1A has just had the first layer of gravel laid, and our construction program is full steam ahead. 

Retaining walls construction has been completed, and the external trunk sewer is 40% complete, that services Cadence. See below image.

Stage 1A land lots are expected to be titled in June with settlements occurring in July this year, which means that you can start building your brand-new home shortly after that. Completion of Stage 1B isn’t too far behind with registration anticipated for July and settlements to follow in August.
