2019 will be an exciting year at Evergreen Spring Farm with delivery of over 150 lots across South and East Village.

We will continue to provide a diverse range of house and land options with single and double storey homes together with land ranging from 300m2 to 752m2.

We are expecting registration of our current 31 lots in stage 5B early March. Following stage 5B registration will be stage 700B land lots in East village, expecting to register in May, this stage will consist of 20 land lots and 38 brand new homes expecting to release soon! 

Stage 4 works are due to commence in July and will provide over 80 lots available for sale with a mix of build homes and land lots. 

Following on from the successful sale of all of our homes in Stage 3, construction has commenced on 11 brand new homes in stages 2 & 5A.
