The first ever release of land at Evergreen, Spring Farm's newest community, went on sale on Saturday 24 April 2017. Of the 18 blocks of land released on the day, over half of these lots were sold on the day. Evergreen will eventually comprise of 850 lots across 62ha and will consist of 2ha of open space, a community park and bicycle tracks.
