The AVJennings team has been busy working on creating a community everyone would love to be a part of, with residential construction continuing at Argyle in 2018.

Homes in Stage 1 are now complete and were sold to lucky homebuyers by 2017, and almost all of Stage 2 with the final set of 14 lots recently sold.

Stage 3 is kicking off June with 17 new homes being constructed opposite our sales centre.

Stage 5 will bring a new land release in 2019. We expect strong demand for vacant land sales in Elderslie so please register with our sales team to receive updates in relation to the release.

As part of the process of creating shared open spaces for the community, we have delivered a central park with play equipment and plenty of open space and parking. We will also be replanting and restoring the creek line between Stages 1 and 2 to restore a natural corridor.
