As the busy festive season kicks off, the AVJennings team has been working as hard as Santa’s elves on civil and residential construction at Argyle.

The terrace homes along Liz Kernohan Drive will be complete by the end of the year; with construction on a further eight terraces underway and expected to be complete by mid 2017. Civil construction on Stage 5 has also begun which will include 43 residential lots.

Homes in Stage 1 are now complete and have been sold to lucky homebuyers eager to spend their first Christmas at Argyle.

We look forward to ringing in the New Year by starting construction of the highly anticipated park at Argyle. As part of this process, we will also be replanting and restoring the creek line between Stages 1 and 2 to bring the waterway back to life.

Early next year, keep your eyes peeled for an update on Stages 1 and 2 where we will be conducting final landscaping and laying asphalt on the roads.
