Stage 9 at Arcadian Hills is well underway with 46 houses under construction including 10 affordable terraces. As some of these homes have been completed, we are looking forward to meeting the newest residents of Arcadian Hills. Stage 10 has also commenced construction of 47 homes which include 16 terraces. Subdivision construction of 103 lots will commence shortly in stages 6 & 7 and AVJennings will intend to build 51 homes in these stages. Camden Council has started the design process for the embellishment of the heritage park on the eastern side of Olive Hill Drive.  

If you haven’t had the chance to see the magnificent views from the Hill Top Park in Matavai Street, we suggest you do! Take a walk to the top of the hill, bring a picnic rug and watch the sun set over the mountains.
