Construction update: December 2024.

We are pleased to share a construction update for Somerford, showcasing the progress made over the past few months. Some exciting milestones have been reached with key updates including:

Construction has continued within Stage 1 with several homes now complete and residents moving in.

Additional Stage 1 land lots have become available to purchase. These lots are titled and ready to build on.

Stage 2 civil works are underway with completion anticipated for mid-2025.
