Harvest Square tops out.
AVJennings has reached a significant milestone at our Brunswick West community, Harvest Square, with construction reaching the top levels of all three 6-storey apartment buildings. This marks an important achievement for the project and the wider community.
On a beautiful winter morning during the last week of July, stakeholders including representatives from Homes Victoria, Women's Housing, Arc3 builders and members of the AVJennings project team gathered atop Building A to commemorate the achievement.
AVJennings Senior Development Manager, Aveline Suen says “The Harvest Square apartment topping out is a significant step forward for this community. It represents a key milestone in the delivery of these much-needed apartments in a market and area where demand is high for affordable housing. Harvest Square will provide a diverse mix of housing for a broad range of people. It is a true representation of the Community Matters values AVJennings has implemented in their developments for more than 90 years”.
Comprising approximately 50 apartments in each building, the design will complement and enhance the local community. They will offer local first-home buyers and downsizers the opportunity to stay in the suburb they know and love.
The Harvest Square community will deliver a total of 198 residences comprising a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments as well as 2 and 3-bedroom townhomes – all conveniently located close to transport, cafes, local shopping, reserves and a mere 6km from the CBD.
