Construction update: May 2024.

We are pleased to share a construction update for Aspect, showcasing the progress made over the past few months. Some exciting milestones have been reached with key updates including:

All Stage 3 and 4 lots have titled and the majority have settled. There is only one lot still available to purchase.

The Sales and Information Centre and display homes are now open.

Stage 1A turnkey homes are complete. Two are available to purchase, with the remainder sold or deposited.

Stage 1 Stellar Collection homes are nearing completion.

Stage 5 civil works are imminent. Stage 5 land lots will be available to purchase shortly after commencement of civil works.
