Construction update: December 2024.

We are pleased to share a construction update for Aspect, showcasing the progress made over the past few months. Some exciting milestones have been reached with key updates including:

Stage 4 is officially sold out.

Stage 5 lots are titled and settlements are underway.

There is one Stage 1A Stellar Collection turnkey home remaining to purchase. This home is complete and ready to move in to immediately.

Six additional Stage 1 turnkey homes are under construction, with completion anticipated for early-mid 2025.

The Stage 4 tree reserve and Quarry Hills Regional Park interface are nearing completion.

The Stage 5 Quarry Hills Regional Park Interface is due to be completed in early 2025.

Stage 6 and 7 civil works are due to commence in early 2025. These stages mark the final stages at Aspect.
