Renee 6 construction update.
Over the past few months, we’ve watched the Renee 6 transform from a house under construction into a home perfect for a beautiful family.
The 53 trades and suppliers who contributed labour and products to support the Steve Waugh Foundation (SWF) have shown incredible dedication to their work. It has been a pleasure to witness this home come to life.
In October, our dedicated tradespeople moved indoors to install the showstoppers, including the kitchen, complete with stunning Caesarstone benchtops, and the extensive tiling throughout the home.
The painter also began working his magic, as you can see from the photo gallery below. His efforts have dramatically transformed the interior, giving the space a fresh and fantastic look!
Externally, the driveway was installed, perimeter fencing was completed, and the finishing touches were added to the landscaping.
November was a particularly busy month for our suppliers and trades. Electricians, plumbers, and air-conditioning specialists fitted off the appliances and tapware, while the carpenters completed the feature pergola at the front of the house. The pergola looks incredible—a fantastic job from everyone involved!
The landscaping was completed in early December. The transformation is stunning—it's amazing how much the landscaping enhances the appearance of a home, truly bringing it to life. Such a beautiful selection of plants and flowers!
Christmas came early for us at AVJennings with the completion of the Renee 6 home at Riverton, Jimboomba.
All trades and suppliers have done an outstanding job, delivering an incredible home for AVJennings and the SWF. The enthusiasm, attention to detail, and "roll-up-the-sleeves" attitude on site were inspiring. Some suppliers and trades went above and beyond, offering more than initially planned, which was truly heartwarming.
The Renee 6 has now received final certification and is ready to become home to a very special purchaser.
Many thanks to the AVJennings site team for their contributions and excellent workmanship.
The Renee 6 is the sixth home AVJennings has built in the Renee series. Proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Steve Waugh Foundation, which supports children and families living with rare diseases.
