Construction progress at Cadence Ripley.

We're thrilled to update you on the latest developments in our Cadence community. There's been a whirlwind of activity, and we're excited to share the details with you.

On Tempo Drive, construction is in full swing, with seven exquisitely designed villas taking shape. Additionally, we have eight turnkey homes with 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms currently under construction, scheduled for completion later this year.

Stage 4 land has been officially registered and is ready to build. It's a momentous occasion as we start to witness the final stage of Cadence coming to life, with new homes under construction for our valued customers.

Recently, we've welcomed new residents to our AVJennings homes on Rhythm Road, and we wish them all the best as they settle into their stunning new homes.

Symphony Park, our community's heart, is now fully complete. This vibrant space features an interactive playground and open area meticulously designed to encourage active, cognitive, social, inclusive, and passive play opportunities for individuals of all abilities. From engaging balance rings to captivating play towers, Symphony Park offers endless entertainment for the young and the young at heart.
