Arbor Residences construction update.

STAGE 1

We are excited to announce that our Stage 1 purchasers at Arbor are forecast to begin moving into their new homes in late February/March. Our landscaping team is working hard to finalise the outdoor areas, including planting established-size trees and plants.

Our Quality Assurance team has been diligently working through the homes. We are pleased to report that the high level of fittings installed results in a fantastic overall finish.

Perimeter feature fencing along Miles Platting Road and Harrier Street is progressing nicely and the design will catch the eye of those passing by. Our painters are putting the final touches on the 21 units and the scaffold will be completely removed next week.

As you drive by the project, the striking gables on the roof sections and privacy screenings are already drawing attention.

Street lighting, feature blockwork, swimming pool, and recreation areas are all under construction and it is starting to feel like a warm and inviting community space for all to enjoy.

STAGE 2

We are thrilled to announce that the framing structure for all 12 homes in Stage 2 is now complete. The roofs are all on and we are ready to begin internal plastering. We will also be working concurrently on the exterior of these homes to make the most of this beautiful weather.

Overall, we are making significant progress and we can't wait for our residents to move in and start enjoying the community.
