Start by securing your finances. Explore your loan options and check if you’re eligible for First Home Buyer grants from the NSW Government. Don’t forget to factor in the costs like Stamp Duty, lender’s fees, and conveyancing charges.

Step 2: Conveyancing

Appoint a Solicitor or Conveyancer early on. They’ll handle the legalities and liaise with AVJennings’ team to ensure a seamless transfer of ownership.

Step 3: Choosing Your Land
