Building Supervisor.

The role

Reporting to the Building Manager, you will primarily be responsible for supervising the construction of attached and detached builds, and scheduling the required contractors within Brisbane's southern / western suburbs.

You will be responsible for controlling all site activities reporting efficiencies, abnormalities, incidents and occurrences. Safety is of upmost importance and you will need to ensure company, industry and legislative requirements.

This role will require you to be responsible for on-site activities and you will have the support for the operational teams based in the office. You will also work with our Customer Service team responsible for warranties and customer handovers, as well as our Sales teams.

Skills & experience

Ideally you will have a minimum five years' experience in a similar role. You will have a strong, working knowledge of the residential building industry, and ideally a trade background with a current supervisor's licence. A strong focus of WHS with a working knowledge of WHS legislation is required, ideally you will hold a Cert IV in WHS.

A current drivers licence and strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills are requirements of the role.
