Happy days are here again! Restrictions are easing, more workers are on site and summer is finally here. It's also great to see the local community getting into the Christmas spirit by decorating their homes (and balconies) with festive displays.

Below is a quick update regarding the recent developments at Waterline Place:

Liley Townhomes 

All homes are now settled and four of the five homes resided in. These fantastic homes have been shortlisted for by the UDIA for the 'Best Small Development' award. We can't wait to hear the result which will be announced March 2021. 

Seymour Townhomes

All 14 homes are now complete, sold and most settled. We welcome all our new purchasers and residents to our community.

Empress Apartments

The exterior is now complete with works now focussing on the interiors. We plan to complete, ready for handover during the second quarter of 2021.

These stunning three storey, luxury Townhomes are now selling with two already sold. Featuring private lifts*, European appliances and extensive cabinetry throughout, these homes exude quality. Already under construction The Bower residences are due for completion and settlement mid 2021.

Next Release

The next release planned for Waterline Place will be a small collection of five townhomes. The three storey homes will book-end the Gem apartment building and enjoy a Cecil Street address. They are planned to be released mid 2021. Contact the sales team to register your interest.
