Now complete, purchasers are already starting to move into the Liley Townhomes.

The majority of the 14 homes in this collection are also complete with new residents moving in regularly.

Empress Apartments

Our latest apartment building had the final concrete pour to the roof in June 2020. Works now shift to the interiors which we plan to complete, ready for handover during the second quarter of 2021.

The Bower Residences

Like Empress, completion of these stunning three story, luxury Townhomes is now targeted for April to June 2021.
